Fees

Fees for 2026-2027

Payment of fees is monthly on the 1st of each month.

Exceptions: New students may pay weekly for the first two weeks.

Please set up recurring monthly online payments on the 1st of each month from 1st September to 1st May or set up a Standing Order through your bank or building society.

Classes run for 36 weeks (school term time). Payments are split into 9 equal monthly payments from 1st September to 1st May (payments do not correspond to the classes in each month). A 10% late payment fee is added if payments are not received by 7th of the month. Dancers joining part way through the year may have a 1st June payment to cover the remaining classes in the Summer Term that existing dancers have paid for in advance.

Dancers taking more than one class receive a discount.

For example:   2 x 1hr classes = £18.40 (£8.20 for 2nd class)

This applies to each individual student and not families

There are no refunds for missed classes whether through illness, holidays or known family commitments.

Dancers register with Cumbria Ballet School for the full academic year (or remainder of the academic year if they join part way through). Please refer to the ‘Terms & Conditions’ for pupils wishing to leave before the end of the academic year (available on the website or the studio notice board).
